During university years, people were wondering how am I always in a good mood in the mornings, and others observed that my roommates start having the same habit as me. Because happiness and sadness are contagious and can affect you without your attention.
Today, I’m about to give you some advice to have better mornings and enjoy your days.
This kind of thinking can change your whole day and not just the morning. The first thing in meditation is to learn how to breathe. And the rule the more oxygen the better the cells work. The meditation makes you also able to manipulate your ideas and throw the bad ones. A 5 minute a day would be enough at the beginning but your body will be asking for more surely.
No Caffee needed:
I do not drink coffee in the morning, yes, I prefer milk or sometimes tee. You don’t need coffee, you can be awake without it. You did it all your young years and you were doing great. You can instead drink water which will help all your body to work properly, without the risk of addiction.
A healthy brain in a healthy body, have some sport, move or just walk in the morning will help your brain to start the day with full energy and make sure to keep just the good vibes.
Have a to-do list every day, and start from the more important. That will give you a feeling of confidence and tranquillity.
The good looking:
How many times you were very happy just because you changed your haircut or wearing a new outfit. The outside looking can really influence our mood.
Having good and enough sleep is helping a lot to face the world another day with full energy and power. Start your day with a smile and be thankful for the God that gives you a new day in the life. I new day is a new opportunity so don’t wast it complaining about something that you can ignore easily. Surround yourself with good and happy people, because as I said at the beginning, happiness is contagious.
